I need some help!
My niece, Ellie, who is only 2 1/2 months old needs your prayers! The doctor has told my sister that Ellie has hip dysplasia. She is seeing a specialist in St. Paul and is currently in this brace:
She has been in it for 2 weeks and had a check up yesterday. The brace is not helping as much as the doctor would like it to, so she will be in it for 2 more weeks. If her hips do not start forming correctly, she will have to wear a spica cast, a body cast from the chest down, for 12 weeks. Please, if you are reading this, join with me in prayer that the Lord provides a miracle for Baby Ellie. My prayer is that in the next 2 weeks her hips will progress and the spica cast will not be necessary. My prayer is that my sister, my brother-in-law, and my nephew will have patience with Ellie, the doctors, and the Lord through all of this.
