Seasons First SNOW!!!

These pictures were taken at the beginning of the snow storm.... it's still snowing. So, I'm sure there will be more to come! The girls were begging me to go outside. At first they were dressed like this as I thought they would just want to stomp around as we only had a little snow.... but after a few minutes I figured out that snow pants were necessary to have so much more fun!

The girls were having their own snowball fight.

Paige made it outside for a few minutes!

All 3 girls in the same snow suit.

2 Weeks!

I have been meaning to update this as I feel like the last two weeks have
been jam packed with visitors and events. Here we go:

Lily at Awanas dressed up for
Halloween night.
My dad came into town to help my sister move.
We got to sneak in breakfast with him one morning before they headed back to MN.

The day after my parents left, Jay's parents flew in.
This was right before they headed out on their grand adventure with the older girls.

They had a blast at Backyard Adventures!

Paige and I hung out and she decided to start pulling herself up on everything!!

Ready to go trick or treating!

The girls woke up to presents and doughnuts one morning from Grandma and Grandpa.

Auntie Cara cleans out her closet and graciously lets me shop through her clothes.
The girls always love helping!

Enjoying some beautiful weather as we walk around the pond at the library.

Auntie Cara also gave us a couple of canvass.
The girls created some original artwork for their rooms.

We were having a rough morning one day, so I very spontaneously decided to stop at a park on the way home. We had a blast walking over the river, swinging, and enjoying some much needed fresh air.

I was able to enjoy another year at our church's Women's Coffeehouse. It was a very encouraging time, and I even go to serve along side with my sister afterwards. And, I got to have a 'night out' by having our first slumber party at her apartment. We got the slumber part down this time, mabye next time we'll "party" a little more :)

Oh sweet Paige.

When I got home, it was only a few hours until one of my best friends walked through the door. Skyla drove up from St. Louis for the weekend, and we got to host her for some of it! The girls had never met Declan, and they could not get enough of them. Of course we had to enjoy a late night Culver's run.

After Skyla headed out it was a few hours before my sweet friend from college, Holly stopped in for a while before she headed back to MN. It was so great to see her. I had to snap a picture of her drawing with Emma. So sweet.

Then... I know, we had a crazy weekend, Emma and I headed out to a costume baby shower for a friend in our Bible Study. Here we are as a running lady and a beautiful fairy.

And, now I'm sitting on the couch :) and will leave you with pictures from one of the last gorgeous weather days we will probably have for a long time!

Lily seemed to grow up in the blink of an eye.

Don't worry, she's still a goof ball.
